About the Opportunity

This is an open position with FirstEnergy Service Co., a subsidiary of FirstEnergy Corp.


As part of the Cellular/Mobile and Asset Admin team, responsibilities will focus on asset administration of mobile devices with cellular service.


Asset Administration

  • Inventory administration, management and auditing – using IT Asset Management processes, tool and best practices
  • Research inventory data anomalies and resolve using IT asset management policies and best practices, reviewing large amounts of data
  • Develop and create IT asset management procedures


Mobile Device and Cellular Service Provisioning Administration

  • Work with TEM service provider and cellular carriers to provision cellular service for mobile devices
  • Participate in cellular carrier and TEM service provider continuous improvement projects
  • Create mobile device and cellular service reports, reviewing large amounts of data and resolving data gaps


  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant IT asset management inventory management experience
  2. Relevant technical knowledge of mobile handheld devices such as cell phones, iPhones and mifi’s a plus
  3. Core competencies include data analytical skills, as well as interpersonal and communications written & verbal) skills.
